• Meet with Agent(s) Customize wish list
• Gain Pre-Approval from Lender
• Identify and visit selected homes through the customized portal or your personal agent recommendations
• Make / Negotiate an Offer with your personal agent
• Await Sellers Acceptance
• Open Escrow & make an Earnest Deposit
• Begin Inspection Period
• Review Sellers Disclosure (SPDS) & Claims Report (CLUE)
• Perform Inspections & Submit Buyers Inspection Report (BINSR)
• Await Sellers Response from BINSR / Negotiate Mutual Acceptance
• Lender Orders Appraisal
• Schedule Utilities / Water / Trash / Mail transfer for Title Transfer date
• Schedule shut Off all utilities at the present location if applicable  
• Schedule Locksmith for after the COE date
• Obtain Home Owners Insurance
• Complete Final Walkthrough 3-5 days prior to COE
• Sign Docs / Close
• Get the Keys to your New Home
